If you had told me in my 20s I would have a not so small obsession with chinoiserie I probably wouldn’t have believed you. Living in NYC with the draw of modernism I couldn’t appreciate the fine art of hand painted Chinese murals. Fast

A little pop of color never hurt anyone. I love starting with a neutral base and layering in color, texture, and accent pieces for a cohesive, collected, artistic look. And everyone loves a good Eames rocker 🤍

As of recent, saffron yellow unexpectedly popped up on the trend forecasting services. I was happy to slide this happy color into the design of this New England coastal style home.
