Meet Kristin Regen

Kristin Regen is an interior designer with a background in fashion, where she spent nearly twenty years designing collections, fourteen of them as head designer for one of the country's leading swimwear labels. She built a career on color and print, developing a sharp eye for how hues work together and a real skill for mixing patterns.

She brought that eye to interior design and gave it formal grounding, training at the New York School of Interior Design. Today she designs a home the way she once designed a collection. She layers pattern and texture. She balances scale. She lets color set the tone of a room before anything else does. The result is polished but relaxed, distinctive without trying too hard, and made to be lived in.

KR Interior Design is a full-service interior design firm based in Summit, New Jersey. Kristin fuses new traditional, transitional, and modern styles into homes that feel timeless and personal. She manages every phase, from concept through installation, so clients can enjoy the process instead of carrying it.

An ASID Allied Member trained at the New York School of Interior Design, Kristin has been featured in NJHome Magazine and DesignNJ, and designs for clients across Summit, Short Hills, Chatham, and the surrounding New Jersey communities.
